How we work

Our five steps

1. A short first conversation

   You email us about the problem. We reply with a few questions and, if it makes sense, arrange a call or visit. No charge for this.

2. We look at how the work is done today

   We sit with the people who do the job and write down each step. Often this alone shows where time is lost.

3. A written proposal

   You get a short written proposal: what we will build and how we will test it. We agree the scope with you before we start.

4. Build small, test with your team

   We build the first part, test it with real work, and adjust. Your staff try it before it goes live.

5. Handover and support

   You get simple written instructions, all logins and passwords, and a support period after go-live. You own what we build.

What we believe

• Start with the biggest time-waster. One job done well beats ten half-finished ones.
• Keep people in charge. Software handles the routine work; your team makes the decisions.
• Use what you have. We connect your existing tools before suggesting new ones.
• Protect your data. We only access what the job needs and follow Malaysia’s personal data law.
