Privacy notice

1. Who we are

This website is run by NexusBot Works (“we”, “us”). You can contact us about privacy at nexusbot.works@gmail.com.

2. What this website collects

This website does not collect or store personal data. In particular:

• No cookies are set.
• No analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools are used.
• No third-party scripts or fonts are loaded.
• There are no forms, accounts or logins.

Like any website, our hosting provider may briefly process technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs, to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. We do not use this data to identify you or for marketing.

3. When you email us

The only way to contact us through this website is by email. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you write. We use this only to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. The website itself stores none of it; it stays in our mailbox.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We only share it if you ask us to, if a service provider needs it to help us reply (for example our email provider), or if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep emails only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet legal and accounting duties. After that we delete them.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to limit how we use it. Email nexusbot.works@gmail.com and we will reply within the time required by law.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Please do not send passwords, bank details or identity card numbers by email.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. The latest version will always be on this page.
